During the last 15 years we have established long term relationships with our clients, offering turnkey solutions within our field of Street Lighting, traffic Signs and associated street furniture. With over 30 years combined experience, PJM Adams can offer an competitive, comprehensive service.

PJM Adams undertakes work across the Midlands and South and have a broad knowledge of the areas in which we work. Health and safety is our number one priority giving our clients the comfort that all current legislation is being adhered to.

We have a multi-skilled workforce whose training and skills have given PJMAdams the cutting edge over its competitors. We have memberships to all the current Industry bodies, ASLEC, NICEIC and Highways Sector Scheme Accreditation. Our common sense approach has assisted in long term Highways maintenance schemes for local authority clients.

Our People

At PJM Adams, we recognise that our biggest asset is our people. We have invested resources in to ensuring our Clients requirements are met to the highest standard possible.

Projects are managed and implemented from start to finish with a directly employed regional workforce.

Environmental

PJM Adams recognises the importance of environmental conservation and protection and is committed to operating its business responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements realting to the provision of electrical contracting services and associated civils works to the highways, commercial and industrial sectors.

PJM Adams has achieved BSENIS14001:2004 accreditation and is internally and externally audited on a programmed basis to ensure the highest standards and improvements are achieved.

Improvements in Environmental Performance are achieved through the implementation of:

  • Assess and regularly reassess the environmental effects of the organisations activities
  • Training of employees in environmental issues
  • Minimise the production of waste
  • Minimise material wastage
  • Minimise energy usage
  • Promote the use of recycable and renewable materials
  • Reduce and/or limit the production of pollutants to the water, land and air
  • Control any noise emissions that occur as part of our operations

PJM Adams has also introduced procedures to fully comply with the recently introduced WEE Directive (Control of Waste Lamps).

Customer Care

Through the long term relationships that have been established with our Clients, PJM Adams have recognised the need for early contract involvement, providing solutions for designers at tender stage.

Our Clients and End User requirements focus our need to provide a 'Right First TIme' approach.

Should changes need implementing, we have proven our diversity, ensuring that as little impact as possible and bringing projects in on time and within budget.

Training & Development

PJM Adams training policy ensures that training opportunities are made available to all employees.

All operation employees and operations staff are registered to the ASLEC/LANTRA Highways Electrical Sector Scheme, achieving levels of competency through training and experience. The training matrix is the cornerstone of this registration with emphasis on both Health & Safety and current related legislation.
